Return, Refund Policy, and Shipping Terms

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been confirmed. However, in the case of manufacturing defects or damage any part of the product, you can notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. In such cases, we will either replace the product or provide a replacement for the damaged part. For any concerns, please contact us via email at [email protected] with clear photos of the product.

If the product is returned due to an error on our part, manufacturing defects, or damages, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the product to us. All shipped products are documented with photos to ensure their condition prior to dispatch. Returned products will be thoroughly inspected. If no defects or damages are found, we reserve the right to recover any fees and costs, including the product cost, return shipping charges, customs fees, and other related expenses.

Shipping and Receipt

All shipments must be signed for upon receipt. We recommend checking the condition of the shipment upon delivery to ensure it arrives in good condition. If the shipment is damaged, please refuse to accept it, and it will be returned to us. If damages are discovered after signing for the shipment as being in good condition, we will assume the damages occurred after delivery, and we will not accept any return or refund requests in such cases.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

As the importer of the products, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations in the destination country or location. Shipments may be subject to additional charges such as taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees, which are collected upon the shipment's arrival at the specified location. These fees are beyond our control and must be paid by you.
