Delivery
The company aims to deliver the products as soon as possible after placing the order (within 10 working days for artwork). If the products cannot be delivered within 15 days of placing the order, please contact us via email at [email protected] .
All shipments must be signed upon receipt. Please ensure that the products received match the details of the receipt attached by the delivery company and are free of damage. Please keep the delivery receipt and packaging. In the event of a shortage or damage to the products upon delivery, we must be notified via email at [email protected] within two days of receiving the shipment.
Responsibility for the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address stated in the order. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction of the products after the delivery process has been completed.
