Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged before delivery to help protect it during transportation.

10. Delivery Information

11. Receiving Your Order

If an artwork or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs of the artwork, outer packaging, and any visible damage.
The MUR Gallery team will review the case and assist the customer. Eligible cases will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
