These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MUR Gallery website and the purchase of our products and services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related policies.

1. About MUR Gallery
MUR Gallery is officially registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7053074964. Our online store is authenticated through the Saudi Business Center under the name MUR Gallery, with E-Commerce Authentication Certificate No. 0000330037.
Our showroom is located in Al Sulaymaniyah District, Engineer Musaed Al Anqari Street, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. Products & Artwork
MUR Gallery offers a diverse collection of luxury wall art, modern wall art, classic wall art, Islamic wall art, and canvas wall art, as well as customized artwork and designs for homes, majlis areas, villas, palaces, hotels, offices, and commercial projects.
Products, designs, and sizes are subject to availability and production feasibility.
We aim to display artwork, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, the nature of the material, or the production process.
3. Artwork Materials
Many MUR Gallery artworks feature our special artistic leather material, carefully selected to provide a refined and luxurious appearance while beautifully showcasing colors and artistic details.
We also offer luxury large and oversized canvas wall art, with selected designs available in widths of up to 3 meters, depending on the artwork and project requirements.
Materials may vary depending on the selected product or design. The product specifications displayed or agreed upon at the time of ordering shall apply to the order.
4. Orders & Confirmation
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details, including the product, size, color, delivery address, and contact information, before completing a purchase.
An order is considered confirmed once the required ordering and payment procedures have been completed and the order has been accepted by MUR Gallery.
If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled after confirmation, we will contact the customer to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable regulations.
5. Custom Orders & Designs
MUR Gallery Riyadh offers customized artwork in special sizes and designs, custom artwork from customer designs and personal photographs, and customization of colors and dimensions for selected artworks, including Islamic wall art and Islamic designs.
Our specialized design team assists with custom orders and projects for hotels, villas, palaces, offices, and residential and commercial projects.
Where customer approval is required, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the dimensions, design, colors, and content before production begins.
Cancellation or return eligibility for products manufactured, produced, or modified specifically according to the customer's requirements depends on the nature of the product, production stage, our Return & Exchange Policy, and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Customer-Provided Photos & Designs
When providing MUR Gallery with a photograph, image, or design for production, the customer confirms that they have the right to use the submitted content and that its use or reproduction does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
Final artwork quality depends on the quality and resolution of the original file. Where necessary, our team may advise the customer if the submitted file is not suitable for production.
7. Prices & Payments
Product prices and available offers are displayed on the website at the time of purchase, and the amount payable is shown to the customer before the order is completed.
Online payments are processed through the payment methods and authorized payment gateways available through the MUR Gallery online store.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed at the agreed price, except in cases of an obvious pricing error or circumstances requiring adjustment in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Promotions & Discounts
MUR Gallery may offer promotions or discounts for limited periods.
Each promotion is subject to its stated terms and validity period. Multiple promotions or discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
9. Shipping & Delivery Within Saudi Arabia
MUR Gallery provides wall art delivery to various regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product type, availability, and whether the product is ready-made or produced specifically for the customer.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including shipping providers, operational circumstances, or seasonal demand.
We take appropriate measures to securely package artwork to help protect it during transportation.
10. Delivery & Installation
MUR Gallery provides delivery and installation services within Riyadh, depending on the nature of the order and the customer's location.
Delivery and installation outside Riyadh may also be available for large projects, subject to prior coordination based on the project location, number and dimensions of artworks, and installation requirements.
Additional delivery or installation charges may apply depending on the location and nature of the service. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer where necessary.
11. Products Damaged During Delivery
If an artwork or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
The MUR Gallery team will review the case, and eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable regulations.
Customers are advised to retain the original packaging until any claim relating to delivery damage has been reviewed and resolved.
12. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to the MUR Gallery Return & Exchange Policy and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Different conditions may apply to products that have been manufactured, modified, customized, or produced specifically according to the customer's requirements, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

13. Hotels, Corporate Projects & Large Orders
MUR Gallery provides artwork solutions for projects, including hotels, villas, palaces, offices, and residential and commercial developments.
Large orders and projects may be subject to a separate quotation, production and delivery schedule, payment terms, and installation arrangements agreed upon directly with the customer.
Where a separate contract or approved quotation applies to a specific project, its agreed terms will supplement these Terms & Conditions and, in the event of a conflict, will prevail in relation to that project to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
All original content owned by MUR Gallery and displayed on the website, including designs, images, text, logos, trademarks, and visual content, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
MUR Gallery-owned content may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to claim ownership by MUR Gallery of any artwork, content, or rights that originally belong to third parties.
