You can visit us at any of our three galleries in Amman to see the artwork in person, feel the quality of the material, and get expert advice on the right design and size for your space:

Opening hours: Mecca Mall and The Galleria Mall are open Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Our Sweifieh gallery is open Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is closed on Fridays.

2. Do you deliver across Jordan?

Yes. MUR Gallery delivers wall art to all areas of Amman and across the governorates of Jordan, with careful, secure packaging so your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days. Custom sizes, personalized designs, custom portraits and large project orders may need additional preparation time, and our team will confirm the expected delivery date with you.

4. How will my artwork arrive?

In Jordan, your artwork arrives stretched and mounted in its floating frame, ready to hang — no assembly needed.

5. Do you offer installation in Amman?

Yes. Wall art installation is available in Amman. Our team can hang your artwork for you at the right height and position. Simply let us know when you order, and we will arrange a suitable time. Any applicable fees will be confirmed with you in advance.

6. What payment methods are available in Jordan?

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery anywhere in Jordan.

7. What material is MUR Gallery wall art made of?

Our artworks are produced on our premium artistic faux leather, carefully selected for its rich texture, deep colors and refined finish. It gives every piece a luxurious presence on the wall and suits homes, majlis areas, offices and hospitality spaces alike.

We also produce canvas artwork on our own canvas, with sizes of up to 3 meters wide for statement walls.

8. Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Any artwork on our website can be produced in a custom size to fit your wall perfectly. Contact our team with your wall dimensions and we will help you choose the ideal size.

9. Can you turn my own photo or design into wall art?

Yes. We create custom artwork from your personal photos, family portraits and designs, with careful attention to detail and color accuracy. Custom portraits are one of our signature services. The final result depends on the quality and resolution of the original file, and our team will review it with you before production.

10. Can I change the verse or colors of an Islamic artwork?

Yes. For many of our Islamic and Arabic calligraphy artworks, you can request a different verse, adjusted colors or a custom size to suit your interior. Our design team will prepare the design for your approval before production.

11. How do I choose the right size?

As a general rule, artwork above a sofa or bed should cover about two-thirds of the furniture's width. Our Size Guide page explains this in detail, and you are always welcome to send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp for a personal recommendation.

12. Will the colors look exactly like the website?

We make every effort to show our artworks as accurately as possible. Slight differences in tone can occur due to screen settings and room lighting. Visiting one of our galleries is the best way to see the true colors and texture.

13. Do you offer special pricing for projects?

Yes. We offer special pricing for hotels, offices, restaurants, residential and commercial projects, and for interior designers. Contact us for a quotation based on your project's requirements.

14. Do you offer corporate gifts?

15. Can I cancel or return my order?

Because every artwork is produced especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will take care of it. Full details are in our Return Policy.

16. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and its packaging. Our team will review the case quickly and arrange a replacement when the damage is confirmed.
