How MUR Gallery Jordan handles cancellations, exchanges and damaged orders.

Return & Exchange Policy – MUR Gallery Jordan

Every MUR Gallery artwork is produced especially for you and checked carefully before it leaves our studio. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, exchanges and damaged orders in Jordan.

1. Order Cancellation

Because each artwork is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been confirmed.

2. Damaged Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and share:

  • Clear photos of the artwork showing the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number and contact details

Once the damage is confirmed, we will replace the damaged item at no extra cost to you.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive a different design, size or frame from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos. If the error is ours, we will correct it free of charge.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Custom-made orders: custom sizes, custom portraits, personal photos, and modified designs or verses

  • Damage caused by handling, installation by a third party, drops or impacts after delivery

  • Damage caused by opening the packaging with a cutter or sharp tool

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or room lighting

  • A correctly produced size that does not suit the space after delivery

5. Choose With Confidence

Not sure about a design or size? Visit one of our galleries in Amman or send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp before ordering, and we will help you choose. View our locations.

6. Opening Your Order

Please open the packaging carefully and avoid inserting a cutter or sharp tool deeply, to protect the artwork and frame.

7. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
