At MUR Gallery, every artwork is prepared, inspected and packaged with care so it reaches your home or office in Jordan in perfect condition and ready to hang.

1. Delivery Across Jordan

We deliver to all areas of Amman and to the governorates across the Kingdom, directly to the address you provide at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days.

Custom sizes, personalized designs, custom portraits, modified Islamic artworks and large project orders may need extra preparation time. In these cases, our team will confirm the expected delivery date with you.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays and peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Ready to Hang

In Jordan, your artwork arrives stretched and mounted in its floating frame, ready to hang on the wall. There is nothing to assemble — simply unpack and hang.

4. Installation in Amman

Prefer that we hang it for you? Our team offers wall art installation in Amman, placing your artwork at the right height and position. Let us know when ordering or contact us on WhatsApp to book a suitable time. Any applicable fees will be confirmed in advance.

5. Payment on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Jordan, in addition to the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Projects & Large Orders

For hotels, offices, residential and commercial projects, delivery and installation are coordinated according to the project schedule, the number and size of artworks, and the site requirements.

7. Delivery Details

Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate so our delivery team can reach you. Incorrect details or an unreachable recipient may delay delivery.

8. Receiving Your Order

We recommend checking the artwork and packaging upon delivery. Please open the packaging carefully and avoid using a cutter or sharp tool deeply, so the artwork and frame are not damaged.

9. Damaged Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement when the damage is confirmed.
