Terms & Conditions – MUR Gallery Jordan

Welcome to MUR Gallery. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to purchases delivered within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our Products

MUR Gallery offers luxury wall art across many collections — Islamic art, Arabic calligraphy, abstract, floral, nature, heritage, Palestine-themed pieces and more — produced on our premium artistic faux leather or on canvas, alongside custom artwork and custom portraits. All products are subject to availability.

We present every artwork as accurately as possible; slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting or natural production variations.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and the final amount is displayed before you complete your order. Prices and offers may change from time to time without affecting orders already confirmed.

3. Orders & Confirmation

Please review your order details — design, size, frame, address and phone number — before confirming. Because every artwork is made to order, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Payment

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery across Jordan.

5. Custom Orders

For custom sizes, custom portraits, personal photos and modified designs, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the design before production. By sending us a photo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

6. Delivery & Installation

Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days, arriving stretched and mounted in their floating frame, ready to hang. Installation is available in Amman. Custom and project orders may need more time. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved cases are replaced according to our Return Policy.

8. Projects & Large Orders

Hotel, corporate and other project orders may be subject to a separate quotation and schedule agreed with the client, which will apply to that project.

9. Intellectual Property

All MUR Gallery content — designs, images, text, logos and branding — is our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MUR Gallery is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts of Amman shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. The latest version is always published on this page.
