1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. MUR Gallery ships worldwide, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and all GCC countries, Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia, through trusted express carriers.

2. How long does shipping take?

• United Arab Emirates, Qatar and other GCC countries: 4–7 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–14 business days

Custom sizes and personalized artworks may need a few extra days of preparation. Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons or customs procedures.

3. How will my artwork arrive?

To travel safely across borders, your artwork is shipped unstretched and rolled inside a strong protective tube. The floating frame arrives in 4 pieces, together with all the tools and accessories needed to stretch the artwork and assemble the frame at home in minutes.

4. Is it difficult to install?

Not at all. Our floating frame is designed for easy assembly, and our customers around the world install their artworks themselves in minutes. Our step-by-step Installation Guide walks you through it, and our team can send you the installation video on WhatsApp at any time.

5. Is the frame included?

Yes. If your selected product includes a floating frame, it arrives with every accessory needed for assembly and hanging.

6. What material is MUR Gallery wall art made of?

Our artworks are produced on our premium artistic faux leather, chosen for its rich texture, deep colors and refined finish, giving every piece a luxurious presence on the wall. We also produce canvas artwork on our own canvas, with sizes of up to 3 meters wide.

7. Are there customs duties or taxes?

Some countries apply customs duties, import taxes or VAT on international orders. These charges, if applicable, are set by the destination country and paid by the customer. See our Customs Policy for details.

8. Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Any artwork on our website can be produced in a custom size to fit your wall. Send us your wall dimensions and we will recommend the ideal size.

9. Can you turn my own photo into wall art?

Yes. Custom portraits and artworks from your own photos and designs are one of our signature services. Our team reviews your file before production to make sure the result is beautiful.

10. Can I change the verse or colors of an Islamic artwork?

Yes. Many of our Islamic and Arabic calligraphy artworks can be customized with a different verse, colors or size. We will send you the design for approval before production.

11. How do I choose the right size?

A simple rule: artwork above a sofa or bed should cover about two-thirds of the furniture's width. Our Size Guide explains more, and you are welcome to send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp for a personal recommendation.

12. Do you offer special pricing for projects and interior designers?

Yes. We offer special pricing for hotels, offices, hospitality and residential projects, and for interior designers worldwide. Contact us for a tailored quotation.

13. Do you offer corporate gifts?

14. Can I cancel or return my order?

Because every artwork is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will take care of it.

15. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement when approved.

16. Do you have physical galleries?

Yes. You are welcome to visit our galleries in Amman, Jordan and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. View our locations.
