1. Worldwide Shipping
We ship to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, all GCC countries and destinations worldwide through trusted express carriers.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
United Arab Emirates, Qatar and other GCC countries: 4–7 business days
Rest of the world: 5–14 business days
Custom sizes, custom portraits and modified designs may need a few extra days of preparation. Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Packaging & Protection
To travel safely across borders, your artwork is shipped unstretched and rolled inside a strong protective tube. The floating frame arrives in 4 pieces, together with all the tools and accessories needed to stretch the artwork and assemble the frame at home in minutes.
This method protects the artwork from bending, pressure and moisture during international transit.
4. Easy Installation
Stretching the artwork and assembling the frame takes just a few minutes. Follow our Installation Guide, or ask our team on WhatsApp for the step-by-step installation video.
5. Important Note When Opening
Please open the shipping tube carefully. Do not insert a cutter or any sharp tool aggressively or deeply, to avoid damaging the artwork or frame pieces inside.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or VAT according to the destination country's regulations. These charges, if applicable, are paid by the customer. See our Customs Policy.
7. Shipping Details
Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Carriers may contact you to arrange delivery or customs clearance; incorrect details may delay your order.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue with your shipment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
